enable the option to recover account / access account with cell phone number

all users who previously registered with your phone number can access their account through a code to the sms or that discord can help users to recover their accounts with 2 two steps if they have the email, the account was on the device and also their number. remove 2-step verification from that account making it accessible It would help recover many accounts.
