Be able to add emojis/role icons in .svg format

Hello,

I think it would be nice if we could add emojis, role icons, … in .svg format (Scalable Vector Graphics).

The main advantage would be that, whatever the size of the image, it would always be of good quality.

Recently, Discord has rolled out feedback in voice channels, and when sending custom emojis, their quality is deplorable, but textually they are very good.
