Animated Server and Profile Banners Compression

Since one of the recent updates, there has been a problem with the compression. It has been compressing GIFs a little bit too much to the point there's a noticeable difference.

For Profile Banners, it still compresses GIFs even though it's under the 10MB limit. Very noticeable compression difference too.

Now, this is when I knew about it, the Animated Server Banner. See, months before, the Server Banner looks fine, good, high quality. Then we decided to... change it into another banner. That new banner looked very low quality/resolution when uploaded, even though it has the same quality as the old banner. We tried putting the old banner back, but it turns out it now looks low quality as well.

In conclusion, there is a sudden change with the compression system which we dislike, and would like to get the old one back (or just improve the current one), where we see our Animated Banners in its intended quality/resolution. Just let us keep it under the assigned MB limit.
