Account Disabled For Age (No Response For A Week)

 anyone know what i should do? ive seen some posts on here and they didnt even get their accounts back, im an adminstrator on a discord with 800k members but i cant access anything because my account is disabled

9 days ago my account got disabled for being underaged. I'm 17 years old and the minimum age required to use discord in my country is 13.

I read the email and it said i was able to appeal by providing the necessary details, so i did as asked.

I took a picture with my id and a piece of paper that contained my discord tag and my face was completely visible and clear

Its been 9 days and i still haven't gotten any response and i'm starting to get worried..


I would like to know why this could be the issue, i understand they may have a high volume of tickets but i think that they should have a bigger team working on appeals.

They did not even read the messages i was disabled for and it was literally just a context error by saying "i am now 7 now haha" after saying i finished the new pokemon series i felt like a little kid again.
