Disabled account

My account has been disabled and I don't know why. I asked but customer service has lately taken MONTHS to answer other queries and apparently I only have 14 days

 

Is there a way to recover account data?

    btw I don't think its only 14 days. this timeframe i think is for DELETED accounts

    I have pressed join group by mistake again when it asked me to verify my phone no. when it all began

    Did Discord support email you guys? I have also have had my Discord account disabled before and when they did it, I got an email from support telling me why. (I was DMing people to fast) I was wondering if you guys have gotten the same thing? 

    Also! You can always make another ticket! No harm trying to get in contact with them once again.

    My email doesn't work.

     

    I've made multiple tickets, most unanswerred, some worryingly days into it. I hope they stop sending automated anwers and actually read my pleas.
