Deleted my Discord and made a new one, but can't link it to the SUPPORT SITE

This post is about the SUPPORT SITE. If you don't understand this, DON'T COMMENT. So, I deleted my Discord and made a new one, but I kept the same email. I can't change the profile photo on the SUPPORT SITE and can't change my name. I have also not found a way to delete my SUPPORT SITE account and make a new one. For the longest time, I was not able to sign in to the SUPPORT SITE. Is there any way to fix this? Can a mod or admin delete my SUPPORT SITE account so I am able to make a new one with the correct Discord? Please help.

    I just tried moving my account to my alt email, but now it's still using my main and I can't make a new one with my alt because it's "already in use"
