Multiple accounts with 2FA

Hi,

I have 2 discord accounts (which is a great feature). I use one with my gamer tag and one with my real name for different communities. However, to get certain features you need 2FA on your account and I can only have it on 1 account at a time unless I get a second phone. Is there some way to allow 2FA to go to the same number twice? My gmail does it.
