I need help, my account was deactivated for asking for a refund, I bought nitro by mistake and now I'm asking for a refund, and out of nowhere they notify me that they are going to deactivate my account??? I read the rules and yes I could refund

    My main account was suspended but yet I didn't do anything wrong I was just walking to a friend that I met in a server and now I can't talk to them because my alt doesn't have them added and I would like my account back but I doubt they will actually give it back since I never done anything wrong and I didn't get an email on what I did wrong if I did something wrong they need to understand that some of us need discord for school, work, stream communities and more but why would they care

    they wont refund or just not see the message or a bot will read it and say Go to support or something what does nothing and they cant just take your money like that and do they even have a reason to deactivate your account?
