I was away from the computer for about two hours, when I came back I received an email saying that my account had been deactivated because I violated the TOS.

The reason why my account was deactivated is: Your account maliciously shared or participated in the sharing of the personal or private information of another user.

From my activity on discord, it can be seen that I have not transmitted any information related to other accounts or other details of this kind. Please let me know what exactly I did wrong in this case.

    bro this same thing happened to me and my account is going to get deleted after 1 day and still i cannot get a reply from them wht kind of support is this.

    I've been waiting for three days already and I haven't received any response from the Discord support team. In the meantime, I managed to find out that the discord server will not be deleted, which for me is a relief because the server is based on a company, which for me would have had a big effect, being the administrator of the company. 

    I hope that in the end this situation will be resolved or at least I will receive a clarification given that the account is from 2017.

    Hello, in the ticket opened to the support I received a vague answer that I violated the regulation and that what I did to violate the regulation is confirmed. I asked for more details about what they want to say in the email, instead they gave me a generic answer, nothing more elaborate to be able to comply with their regulations or to be able to reconfigure the bot. It seems completely absurd to me, especially after I used the same account since 2017, I gathered activity, friends, a community, I come and give you a reason without arguing the reason or giving you an explanation to tell you, well brother you were wrong here, here and here, stop doing this because it's not ok. I find it miserable how they treat their members who have been active for so long and are ok and trying to improve the discord community. I am very disappointed with both their response and the treatment provided.
    The only good thing is that the discord server remained and I received the guarantee that it will remain active, being able to transfer the role of owner.

    Update: they closed my ticket without answering me, these are the discord moderators, what more can I ask from a community like this.
