My account is disabled and now I'm ghosted by support somehow

I get zero updates on what's with my account, and apparently it is still disabled, even though I did send all the proof that I'm older than 13 to the support. They just keep marking my requests as "solved" and closing them. How am I supposed to know if even my photo is sufficient ? what do I do ? 
On my 1300+ member server I didn't have any mods, and now it is chaos and constant NSFW spam in SFW chatrooms.
