Provide alternative to Mobile Number verification

I've been a Discord user since 2016, and I've never been able to verify my account because my Mobile number (originally an actual mobile number, but ported to VoIP.ms several years ago) is a VoIP number and Discord is not accepting it.

In the year 2023, Discord should allow alternative methods to verify a user account, there could be several ways:

• Paid, I'm willing to pay a small amount to get my account verified, I mean I do casually use it here and there. Maybe a one-time payment of $2.99 or something.
• Linking multiple different accounts to Discord. If the user links their Google account as well as several others.
• Instead of a one-time Mobile number verification, perhaps make it a once-a-month verification on VoIP numbers? I mean the whole point of these verifications is just to reduce the bots right...? 

The reason why I ended up using VoIP is that the phone plan here in Canada is ridiculously expensive, easily $60+ for the line with just a bit of data... whereas I am able to get a data-only SIM for just $15 and I could live with 4GB of data + VoIP.
