Account hacked and then Banned Also.

So my gfs account was hacked and then made nitro purchases via her PayPal. She logged out everywhere and changed her password and all was fine and was able to use her account again for 5 minutes until she disputed the charges via PayPal instead of using discords. They then banned her account due to chargebacks as the reason and she hasn't been able to use her account since. 

She has submitted a ticket, 2-3 times and have not heard back in days from a person only a bot. She has DM'd them on twitter and they all say the same thing which is to submit an appeal and a ticket. This happened in Sunday, all we hear back from are bots. Even when she replied to the bot email, made an appeal, we still get the same response from Clyde, the bot. The same email saying why her account was bad.

 

She really needs her account back because of the notes she made and  information in private servers that she needs back.


What else can we do but wait ? Is there anything else I can do? 

Can anyone please help.

    Are you sure it's a bot reply? Can you possibly show a screenshot of it? (censor personal info of course)

    Here's a screen shot from her phone from the 2 emails we received after submitting a ticket. and here's

    the one after we made an appeal, it sent out the same email.

    Well, either try doing what it says and ask paypal to cancel the disputes, or reply to it with anything so that it gets forwarded to Trust and Safety, and from that point tell them you got hacked.

    Ideally don't make more than 1 open ticket at a time.
