To help recover, discord can ask for information such as Phone Number Linked to the account, Address where it was created, Emails that have already been used in the account, among others, It would be very useful for someone who lost their cell phone and does not have the backup codes for example.

    Ultimately, this information is also super vulnerable - if someone ended up getting the information to your account, then it's very likely they have much more information on you, and can use it to easily bypass 2FA if methods like this are added.

    There's a reason that instructions to save your backup codes are in bold, bright text, that you really can't ignore - because it's the best way to deal with lost 2FA access.

    You can try reaching out to Discord and seeing if anything happens, or you can try contacting Authy (or whichever 2FA platform you use), but don't expect much
