Choose which roles are affected by the Explicit Media Content Filter

Make it so you can choose which roles get or get not affected by the Explicit Media Content Filter in a way that for example from lower staff role to upward roles don't get affected by this filter and make an exception with some roles in between like bot roles so image searching from bots like NotSoBot don't show NSFW pictures when using image searching commands.

This because sometimes when guaranteeing some users with VIP roles or similar roles with a higher status but without the admin option enabled at the time of sending images, videos or gifs the filter gets confused and doesn't allow some things that aren't explicit at all and also it is a more further way of setting a specific role functions and perks that a lot of server admins will find useful at the time of setting everything up.

This can be implemented at the role editing menu or the Safety Setup section, both ways are very intuitive and easy to get or see when managing things up.
