restoring discord server channels

a person just deleted channels that include important informtaion. is there any way to restore them?

  No. Maybe if you are lucky it is still cached on your phone (if done on deskrop/web before).
  Disconnect your phone from internet and see if you can load old messages in the channels that are still cached on your device
