Moving messages and grouping messages into threads.

It would be quite nice if admins had the ability to take conversations happening in a channel and then move them into a public or private thread such that personal conversations in channels don't clutter up the space for everyone else.

I'd still like to allow my users to have these one-on-one types of convos on the server, but some people don't think to create a thread until they are 20 messages deep, and as of now there is no way to move those messages into a new thread.

This would be great for organization.
