Option to delete all or disable all webhooks to stop raid

I just experienced a server raid today where numerous webhooks were created and a raid was started. It was pretty much unstoppable as webhooks were almost impossible to delete and we thus had to duplicate and delete all channels. We could have salvaged the server if there was an option to either delete all webhooks at once or at the very least disable them so as to stop the raid. I think it would be a pretty viable moderating tool.
