account disabled falsely

my account was disabled a week ago for a reason i didn't do, tried contacting support but i got 2 answers out of 10 messages in one email that is "We will not reinstate the account" i really hope someone can look further into my problem

    That is most likely their final answer, right after that reply, you won't be receiving any more afterwards about appealing. The Support Team unironically is a huge joke

    Unfortunately you probably won't be able to get your account back. I lost mine a monthish ago for no reason as well. The support team is a bunch of bots and you won't even get a human to respond to you. They just deleted my old account too so now theres no way of me even getting it back. Oh yeah conveniently they disabled my account right after I just paid for nitro so there goes 100 bucks for a year of nitro :D

    My account primus#1234 was disabled for no reason, it’s still making me pay for my nitro, what do I do?

    I was paying for nitro with paypal so I was able to cancel my automatic payments in my paypal settings. If you don't use paypal and use card I'm not 100% sure how you would go about stopping the payments. I'm sure you could try discord support but knowing support I doubt they would be able to help. Other option you could call your bank or stop it through a banking app. Again not 100% on what to do if you use card. The payments might stop when your account gets deleted after a month of inactivity.
