Discord ignored all my requests and deleted my account.

On February 2nd, my account was disabled for a very strange reason: “It looks like you indicated that you are not yet of the age required to allow Discord in your country. Despite the possibility of error, we still need to verify your age. before your account is unlocked." The reason is strange, because I didn’t indicate my age anywhere, but for the same reason, the accounts of 5 more of my friends were disabled on the same day. I asked about this, like "why did they disable the account if I didn’t indicate my age anywhere" (me and my friends are all adults lol). On February 3, I still did not receive a response to my request, so I decided to do everything according to the restoration instructions, took a photo and sent a request to change the age.On February 7, I thought they were being ignored due to the poor quality of the photo (my friend's account was restored on the second day after the request), so I took a few more photos and sent the exact same request. This was repeated on 9, 10, 14 and 15 February. Each time I waited for a response, and sent a new request due to ignoring the previous one. On February 15, I sent the last application, thinking that they needed more time and after that I did not send any new applications. Today, on the night of March 2-3, my account was deleted. I feel very bad, there was a lot of important information on this account, part of my life passed there, there were even passwords for wallets... Fu*king discord

    I think they absolutely do not care about what problems you have, as well as in principle at all. "Violations of the rule are your problems," the administration believes.

    I didn't break the rules at all. This is a weird reason for disabling my account, like they hate me so much that they're willing to delete everything I have for no reason.

    Discord always bans random people who never did anything wrong and yet when people actually report those who do wrong things, with proof right in the face, nothing happens. It's utter bullshit.
