How long do ticket responces take?

Ive been waiting 4 days for a responce to a ticket for my hacked account. how long will this take?

    Forever, I'm waiting already 11 days. There is low chance for getting response from T&S team

    7 days here. Most people say it can take a few months some times. But if you yell a them the on twitter and give them the ticket # they sometimes reach out faster cause you make them look bad. But not always.

    It could take a long time, or it could be quick. You have to be aware that the Safety and Trust Team receives a lot of tickets per day so it's difficult for them to process tons of tickets. So be patient and if you don't get a response, send another ticket...

    Sending another ticket seems like just adding more fuel to the fire. They could also hire more staff, or fix the problem that is causing people to lose their accounts, the token that is kept in pain text on the pc. Or add password requirements for changing the phone number, removing devices from being logged in and or removal of the 2FA with out a e-mail check/password check even when logged in with the token.
