Faulty deactivation and blocking of Discord accounts and no statement via support

Today an account of mine Slush#8988 was banned from Discord. This ban is UNjustified from my side because I have not received an email from Discord about what it's about when I looked for help in the support of Discord I was answered as follows I quote:

When I read this I replied a few minutes later saying that I had not received any email from Discord and had even sent an attachment saying that I wanted a reply within half an hour as I had important things to do. However, my ticket was then closed a short time later without any reply. When I saw this, I then created a new ticket where the subject explicitly states why I had reopened such a ticket. After about an hour, this ticket was also set to "solved" by the above-mentioned person without any reply or anything else.

I still wonder what happened to Discord after all this time and does not reflect any Discord motto. I recommend all other users who use this platform or are considering using this platform to really be on this platform where the support does not really care about the users and their requests. This message also goes out to all parents because I have already sent a lot of tickets regarding ToS violations in verbal form where most were answered very late or only answered that something is done against but not really what happened I speak here from experience you are in my opinion on Discord from the support not really wanted and if you dare to put yourself out for Discord then you will be banned without reason and ignored.

@Lyrical Lemonade it shouldnt because Discord should Not process any Data from your Account. If they still make any transactions or so then you can possible go to law as far I understand. But I recommend to Open a Ticket and ask at first discord.
