Discord support not responding about server ownership

Since my account was disabled, I wanted to give my friend the server ownership of my server. But discord support delayed it for 48+ hours. I've also wanted to enable my account back, but discord support never responds these type of tickets. They think they're taking too much rests.

    same issue is happening with me rn..i've sent 2 separate emails now asking why my account was disabled, as a email about it being disabled was never sent to my email, they marked the first one as "solved" though i never even got a response, and im currently waiting on a reply for my second one. i have no idea what couldve gotten me disabled to begin with...and i also now have a server that i have no ownership over, that ive worked super hard on over the past 4-5 months.
