I don't get an email with a code

Hello, I don't get an email with a code to see the backup code, what do I do?

    You can view your backup codes here:
    EDIT: I now just realised what you mean, yea they send you an email with a one time code so you can view your backup codes.
    This was done to prevent someone from just viewing your codes if they have your password. My bad

    I just tested it out and it worked for me. Double check that the email hasn't gone into your spam folder or something.

    Yes, I know, but I don't get the code, and it's not in my spam folder either.

    had the same experience when my account got hacked also I contacted the support team for more than a week but they wouldn't reply me not until I got referred to
    " On WhatsApp and they helped me get back my account.
