whats the point of having a support email if you never answer your emails
all my emails to discord support get ignored lol why do they even have a support email atp. ive been trying to get info on why my account was disabled for the past week, as I DID NOT GET AN EMAIL AS TO WHY. after getting ignored on 3 different tickets (theyd close these within 24 hours of me sending them, marking them as "solved") i decided to at least try and see if they'd transfer ownership of my server i owned on my account to a friend, yet again no answer and marked as solved. DO BETTER.
