My Discord account was falsely disabled due to being "under 13 years old"

Hello, my Discord account recently got disabled with the reason being that I "stated in my privacy settings to be under 13 years old" but I never did that and in fact I am 19 years old and already provided a photo to Discord support with my passport with only my date of birth on it. This must be some kind of error. Is there any chance my account will be reactivated any time soon? Thanks in advance.

    Discord takes several weeks or maybe even a month to reply to tickets, so expect it to take some time.
    Sadly nothing much else we could do if you already opened a ticket to support

    By the time Discord support responds my account might get deleted already due to it being disabled and I really don't want to lose it.

    Dont bother they will just give you a scripted auto reply telling you to create a new discord because they have no account recovery system. They are trash and a scam

    Same, I'm waiting for a reply and NOTHING. I think I should probably request my data and start backing up all my information cause there is a LOT of important stuff on that account.

    same thing has happened to me i am 30 years old and they have banned me for being under 13 like they wish for you breach your privacy with showing you photo and id like discord doesnt even require a age anywhere

    i have legit been using the account for 5 + years i have so much important stuff that i can never get back unless they give me my account back and if they dont i will take further actions

    this is a out rage

    Same reason, I am scared that my account will never be reinstated even though I submitted all of my information, smh.

    This is atrocious for a multi million dollars worth application

    Anyone had success with getting unbanned? I'm struggling right now with exact this issue and I'm worried that they'll never give me a response or when it's too late because of the account deletion time. :-/
