So i got hacked

So recently i got my account hacked and disabled while i was on a trip, i got a email that said your account got disabled for malicious link. i sumpited a post to discord and they didnt respont + that my verified community got unlisted for this resson while i didnt do anything! Please discord recover my account so i can get back to discord!!!!
