Bot Integration Commands

I'm having issues with older command prefixes. When I use the command integrations and disable bot commands for "everyone", it will take away Slash Commands, but users can still use old prefixes (like !roll) and bots will still respond.

Even if I am using a role that doesn't allow slash commands or application commands, it still behaves in the same way.

The roles I am using to test do not have administrator.
