ACCOUNT GOT HACKED AND HACKER ENABLED 2FA HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
MY ACCOUNT JUST GOT HACKED JUST NOW AND IT WILL NOT LET ME RELOG MY SELF BACK IN WITHOUT A CODE THE HACKER ENABLED 2FA AND NOW I CANT GET MY ACCOUNT BACK I HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST TO DISCORD BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET THEY SHOULD REALLY ADD A WAY TO COME IN CONTACT SOONER THAN LATER LIKE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL SUPPORT OR SOMETHING THIS SUCKS CUZ AS SOON AS I GOT HACKED THE HACKER STARTED PURCHASING DISCORD NITROS AND I HAD TO DISABLE MY BANK ACCOUNT DUE TO THIS MISFURTUNE PLZ DISCORD HELP

Open a ticket to discord trust and safety by hitting "Submit a request" or email them with the email of your discord account and tell them you fell for a scam and your account is now compromised, the attacker tried to purchase nitro and has activated 2FA to lock you out.
Discord trust and safety is horrendously slow so don't expect any sign of life from them witin a week or two.On a note, discord will disable your account if you do a chargeback of a fraudulent charge from your bank.
Meaning, if you want to do a chargeback, wait till you have access again, tell all your friends you will switch accounts, transfer server ownership and then do the chargeback, or else you will not have a fun time coming back to your account being scheduled for deletion.0 -
Don't bother listening to Black Wolf, Discord will not help you, I have the exact same issue and the response they give you is to just make a new account and submit a request to delete the old one. Discord is not in the business of support just profit.

No, it works. I recently got hacked from the “game tester thing” and I clicked it downloaded it and I was hacked when I came back. When I submitted a ticket and kept saying that the support team needs to look at it instead of a bot it said “We've escalated ur problem” and sent it to the support. Then the support team went over it and reset it to my old email and I was able to change my passsword, but this part is very important. You have to change your password but you should first go to devices and kick all the devices out to make sure, then you should go and setup 2 step authentication quickly. Then either change your email to be extra safe and change everything else, make it as secure as you can. The first time I had something to do and I only changed the password and left. I begged discord and they responded in a few hours again. But this time the hacker setup 2 step authentication so I thought it was all over, but instead of giving up I sent discord another messaging same email (don't send it on a new ticket or your gonna have to wait again) saying to disable 2 step authentication just for now, then discord responded in time and disabled it. When that happened I quickly went in and changed everything above I talked about to change. Since I just got it back I think I'm safe and I hope others get their accounts back too. Also if the hacker has bought anything just ask discord for a refund they will refund it to you in time. I got my refund in a few hours (disable your card too).
