Support has not responded for a month.
I tried to change my number and my account was blocked, I don't know what happened. I have already written about five letters to different services, 0 response. What do you have going on there? I know that accounts that get into the block are deleted after a month. If you cannot process requests for a month, why should you delete your account after a month? I did not break any rules, I just wanted to change my phone number because the old one was lost, but I was blocked. My request

Try contacting them on Twitter and see if you get a response.
Not that I’d tell you you would expect anything helpful out of it but they seem to at least respond there by their Social Media team

My account just got deleted after a month, I never received a single response, this is the most mediocre support I have ever seen.

I can’t even say I’m surprised, sorry about the account loss.
Doesn’t even deserve to be called mediocre, it’s straight up negligence.
Users should reject in creating new accounts though.
