Support Team Close Tickets and Don't Bother Responding
My account is literally broken, discord is unusable and I still haven't recieved my subscription nitro and I keep getting this pop up every 10 seconds. i submitted a request earlier with all my details of the purchase including:
gpa: GPA.3344-0380-8533-64724
account associated with google play: willawaters2006@gmail.com
account associated with discord: willawaters2006@gmail.com
and i never got a response and it has been over 10 hours, it's one thing to not give me my purchase of $40 AUD, but it's another thing to close all of my support requests asking for someone to respond to me. it is not on, i have already contacted google and they said my purchase went through and that it's your jurisdiction to manage the recipients return. please respond back to me because i am beyond frustrated right now

if i don't get a response i am taking this further as it violates the australian consumer right which is guaranteed by google play which is where your app is hosted

Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear that you can't access youra account. If you were able to link a phone number to your account during the initial setup of the 2FA, you can attempt to login on the browser or desktop version of Discord. After entering your account's credentials, you'll see a "Receive Aauth code via SMS" below. You can also try downloading the Google Authentication and Authy app and see whether it'll help.
Suppose you weren't able to do so then. In that case, unfortunately, my hands are tied due to our privacy & security policy, we aren't able to remove two-factor authentication from accounts due to security reasons, and the only way you'll be able to regain access is if you saved the backup codes from inside Discord when you initially set up the two-factor authentication. If you don't have access to these codes, then you'll have to create a new account.
On the other hand, if you're unable to disable the 2FA and you would like to permanently delete the account, could you confirm and explicitly tell me the registered email address that you want to be removed and I'll be more than happy to get the process started for you. For example, you could respond by writing, "I confirm that I would like to delete the account associated with random@email.com." depending on your email address.
Note: We need to receive the account deletion request from the email address associated with the Discord account to protect our users' privacy and security. After we receive this confirmation, we can start the process manually which may take up to 15 days to complete. When the deletion has been processed, your account's data will be completely anonymized and/or deleted. Additionally, this process is non-reversible once the deletion has been completed.
I'm so sorry again for all the inconvenience and hassle because I know how frustrating it is to create a new email and account, but please let me know if you have any other questions.

Also I have noticed its happening to a lot of us Australian users especially. I don't think they quite understand the consumer laws in Australia, if they did they would fix themselves up quick smart.
