Delete account or recovery

I have an account to which I no longer have access, I had 2 factor authentication , and lost access to the application Authenticator, I have all the evidence that it was my account, I can tell you my location and you can compare it by IP, please somehow restore or at least delete the account with that email, because I am very I want me to have access to the account, I had bots there that I worked on, Thanks for understanding
