Do not remove numerical discriminators!!!
Discord is not a social media site and does not need a new username system, changing it will only cause problems! You guys have been moving onto thin ice multiple times over the last few years, esp with that nft/crypto fiasco. Listen to your userbase. No one actually wants this. Numerical discriminators are very important for user privacy. Do NOT remove them!!
