Disabled Account For No Reason?

Hi, everyone my name is maki and i've been in this community for over 3 years. Everything has been fine these past couple years. until yesterday discord decided to make me verify my account. It wasn't that out of the ordinary though. so I went and tried to verify it. Suddenly i was logged out of my account, when i tried to re-login i got the classic error "Your account has been disabled" Now you might be saying "Email Or make a support ticket." Well i did, at first i did on my 2nd email, i then got a reply from someone named "JohnB" who told me to email them off of the email i signed up with... Fair, Right?. So i did... Days ago, still with no response. I dont know what to do and i dont want my account taken. this is atleast my third time writing a paragraph like this. and i know im not a harm to the community. If anyone could help, please.

    I sure hope your ticket won't be assigned to "Marengo", this person just marks your ticket as solved without saying a word. Absolutely terrible support.

    And i thought their support couldn't get any worse. Absolutely disgusting. What a way to treat users.

    I am very sorry for you mate, having a similar issue here and I've got nothing useful back from discord after 21 days as you may have seen in my recent post here

    Thats just ridiculous... 21 days is extremely concerning and I'm truly sorry that we're both in this situation. I'm trying to do everything in my power to restore my account. but there's only so much i can do.

    UPDATE: They've gotten back to me, saying that My Disable was justified, and they won't give my account back, but they failed to provide the reason WHY my account was even disabled in the first place.

    I appreciate everyone who supported this thread and I also appreciate "No Text To Speech" for going over this matter in his youtube video and showing me as a reference.
