Support is unimaginably slow.
This caused my disabled account to be put in jeopardy. I tried every possible way to contact them, but they had decided to either not get to my messages or just ignore me on purpose. I'm about to lose all of my servers and friends on there. What can anyone do to make Discord fix their shit service?

It's honestly pathetic. I got a false ban that had no evidence. I have proof that it was a false ban I'm literally just being ignored. Discord don't care anymore. It's getting old.

My account was disabled for no reason (not even an email stating the reason no nothing) yesterday. I immediately tried to communicate with them to solve the problem. They send me back a text 16 hours later in which they said that i violated the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Now it has been almost 20 hours and still no response. This is totally unacceptable and outrageous. If any staff from discord ever sees this message just know that you destroyed everything. All my servers my memories from quarantine and my childhood.
