Adding to the sea of other comments to make it clear that this is an incredibly unwise decision. It is not going to solve any of the issues mentioned in your blog post, and the edit isn't helpful because guess what- Nitro users like myself are canceling because of the change happening at all! Not because we want to go first!!

Already canceled Nitro in protest, and I encourage others to. The community has spoken, now pick it up and stop throwing away what they're trying to tell you.
