  as someone that's never had Nitro (financially can't do it) - the response (or lack thereof) to paying users over this is the most discouragement from going for it I've ever seen. Like, why support something that doesn't listen to its own supporters in return? I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do believe when enough customers are saying the same thing, just as thoughtfully... disregarding them all is a terrible look.
