Animated Role Icons

Wouldn't it make sense to have any animated emoji do its purpose when equipped as a role icon? If a person wants to add an animated role icon, it should animate instead of doing nothing. If this ever came to be, it would also make sense to have it constantly animated without hovering etc.

  +1 for animated role icons. (seems like a cool feature)
  -1 for constant animation. (would be unnecessary memory usage)
