I lost my phone with 2FA authenticator, and now I can't log into my account, PLEASE remove 2FA authenticator, I can prove that this is my account, I am the creator of the "Радной аул " channel there. Thank you in advance

    Discord won’t remove the 2FA unless you have your backup codes stored elsewhere to login!

    If your backup codes were only stored in your phone, then you’re in a 2FA lockout and will not be able to gain access to your account.

    Oh and I think another user said that you can submit a support ticket under “Help and Support” of the topic “New feature request” to explain your situation and how you think a solution is much needed for 2FA lockout. I’d recommend linking the feedback post above aswell in the ticket so it’s been made aware of.

    Any other reason aside from your account being hacked and a hacker enabling the 2FA on your account will not be considered for Discord to lift the 2FA lockout. It sucks but let’s try and push for this to change!
