Allow the substring "discord" in usernames

Discord usernames have not been allowed to have the substring "discord" since around the beginning of 2022. With the announced username system change and the removal of discriminators, it would be useful to have this string allowed in usernames again so that people may have more options for what to change their username to. The word "discord" is not an uncommon or made up word that is only used to refer to the discord app itself, and it's very annoying to people who want to use it in their account name for perfectly normal reasons to have the whole word restricted just because the app is also called that.

    Maybe someone wants to RP as Discord from MLP, or maybe someone named David who prides himself on being nice wants to be named DavidIsCordial, idk. Regardless, if you're going to be switching to the display-name/pomelo-name system, you should be able to have "discord" in your display name.
