falsely disabled account due to "chargebacks" never filed

i have proof from paypal that i NEVER charged back my nitro. the most recent transaction on my paypal is GIVING MONEY TO DISCORD for my nitro, NOT receiving a single solitary cent in chargebacks!!! discord support staff refuses to respond and reinstate my account. who do i have to escalate this to? i have lifelong friends on there with no other means of contact, work clients waiting on $120+ of commission work from me, all of whom i can never contact again unless discord gets itself together... PLEASE!!!!!

    Different reason, same problem. I created a new account just to answer the clients

    @LynX unfortunately at this point i can't even make a new account as that requires cellphone verification and every time i punch in the phone number i have access to, i get that new error message about something likely being wrong on discord's end...

    Janmm14 is that really all you have to contribute to the discussion? why bother commenting at all? many customers of artists prefer discord due to ease of communication, i shouldn't be punished with a loss of business just because this trash platform can't get it's shit together and unban accounts with PROOF of no chargebacks...
