Creating official Discord log channel while user get punished by Discord tools + Mute role

Hi.

I think that we could set up log channel same like we have with "community updates channel" in the server, to see what user get next time (I mean progression in punish) before he will be punished once again. 

Unfortunately, discord did not anticipate that the bot we use for punishment will be blocked by mute role which blocks every server to create "Onboarding" channel for new coming users and they cannot assign any role when Onboarding is off.

Please vote for it, otherwise all servers will need to create dashboard with roles by bots for everyone and mute role will be neccessary.
