My Account Is Still Disabled

I Did A Follow Up On My Original Ticket. I Sent Them A Text On Their Face Book, Twitter, And Reddit However, I Have Yet To Hear A Response. I Don't Know How I Violated The Tos. I Think It Could Be Sending Too Many Direct Messages In A Short Span Of Time However, They Need To Realize I'm An Artist. I Do Request And Commision For Any One Or Every One I'm In The Server With. There The One's Who Keep Sending Me A Text About A Request And I Feel Forced To Respond Quickly Because I Don't Want To Waste Any One's Time. Because Of My Personal Life And The Amount Of Time It Does Take To Finish A Request Or A Commision I Feel The Need To Keep Updating Them About The Process. However, They Disabled My Account. They Need To Realize Not Every One Is A Bot And Sending Automated An Automated Message. Not To Mention, I Didn't Spam The User Or Send Them An Unwanted Link. All I Did Was, "Hello, How Can I Help You And What Can I Do For You Today?" It's Protocol And I'm Not The Only One In The Server Who Does It. I Feel Like This Isn't Right Or Just Because It's My Only Source Of Communication And I Just Now Grown A Community. I Don't Want To Make Another Account Because It's An Inconvenience For Both People Involved. Them The Buyer And Me The Artist. I Hope I Didn't Bother The Support Team And I Could Be The One In The Wrong. However, When You've Worked Hard To Be Noticed And Have Just Now Started Growing A Following. Where Any One And Every One In The Server Is By You Or There For You. It Does Get To You.

Honestly that's just the system for you, I have followed through with the required procedures and still have yet to have a response, as we all have enjoyed discord to an extent, this is an outrageous turn of events and needs to be fixed Pronto, because according to their Tos, to be Registered onto discord you need to be 13 and up and etc. And yet despite me being **legitimately** about 4 years older than the requirement, my account still got disabled and I atleast would like an update sooner or later.

I'm encountering inconvenience with the expiration of the invite link from my Discord that I have incorporated into my website, https://minecraftwild.com. This limitation of the link expiring every week is causing annoyance. Is there a way to remove or overcome this restriction?

I'm having issues with the Discord invite link on my website expiring so frequently, https://mcpetutorials.com . Having to update the link on my site every week is frustrating. Is there any way I can make the invite link not expire or work around this limitation?
