Ability to change the order of soundboard sounds in the server settings

Currently, soundboard sounds are ordered by the date they were added to the server.

This is bad because it makes it harder to find the sounds if they are not in an intuitive order.

I request the ability to change the order of sounds in the server setting. It could be done by adding arrows or a grab handle to entries, enabling us to shift the sound's position up or down.

This would be beneficial because it would allow us to group similar sounds together, which makes for a more intuitive experience. It would be especially beneficial on servers that have a lot of sounds.
