Login page lock by a phone verification only

Alpha redz..
I was sent a link to join a server which requires a phone verification only now I had my phone number and the 2fa at one point but remove my number and disable 2fa is there any way to get back into my account or declined that server for me not to join?

    If you do not have 2fa back up codes you are unlikely able to get back into your account
