Discord is helpless with falsely disabled account
So recently I have been disabled for being underage, which is not true as I have clarified multiple times I am 16 on several servers on that account.
What happened is that I was asked "How many eggs are in a dozen" in which I responded with 12. This message was then edited to look like "How old are you".
By the time I caught on and saw that, they already said they would report me, I thought they were joking.
A few days later I was chatting when I got locked out. Checked my email, disabled for underage.
Now I would be fine and just move on since I have another account, but Discord is not helping me at all on this situation. Sent them some tickets along with multiple tweets, but they are helpless in this situation. That is why I feel the need to speak out.
I do not have an ID nor do I have 4 hands, unless Discord is requesting a passport or something.
I find this absurd, how Discord will not check for context in messages like these or check what the original message was before it was edited. They disabled me either cause there was no context they could find in the report, or they did not log the edited message.
Or they just hate me per usual. This has actually been waving around most of Discord the past week or so, I thought it was a joke until now though. Discord is completely helpless which is unfortunate though.

the same happened to me) i've prooved my age about 10 days ago, created 4 tickets, all of them marked as "solved" by ShaneA and my account is still banned))0) so how it was "solved", we can only guess

I jokingly said i was seven and my friend reported me as a joke. I got my account locked about ten minutes later. I have tweeted at them and submitted a ticket and have not gotten any response. I went to discord town hall on my alt and pestered the mods there to no avail. This is really messed up, I’ve been a nitro subscriber for over a year now and have gotten 0 response from the trust and support team

ye i have the same problem my acc got deleted (cuz it was disabled for already a month) and i didint get any respond from the team sadly i dont think there is anything i can do about it now its sad that the safety and trust team is not doing shit to help, rn im waitin over a month and i dont think that there is anything i can do
