Discord support being awful
It's been 2 days since I've submitted an age update ticket but I still haven't recieved any responses and my account is disabled and is in danger I need to get back on it ASAP but discord is so slow and unhelpful its making me frustrated...

you need to wait because they have a lot of tickets to solve so just have patience your problem will be resloved soon.

if it were true, it would be good, but unsolved tickets are closed as solved ones, wtf

also the fact that your account stands a chance at getting terminated if the ticket is not answered in time

Try to remain patient but persistent, following up with a polite message to inquire about the review of your ticket. Make sure to check all folders in your email account for any responses.
