Discord support is a joke and here is why (personal exp)

So prob alot of u guys know that the discord safety and trust team is useless and they dont respond at all. It happened to me, i got my acc disabled for being underage and i tried to update my age in the same day i got no response with this ticket but it had been marked as solved

after half a month of 0 response i created another ticket which has not been responded again right now my acc is deleted cuz it was disabled for over a month i had nitro on this acc for half a year with the nice discount that is not here anymore this acc also had over 3 years
and i got no option of getting my old texts. friends and some discord servers.
The sad thing there is that even when u got no response on ur ticket it still can be closed but if somehow got responded to there is like a 70-80% chance that u got responded by a bot.
Discord rly needs to do something about it

i'm confirm that tickets being ignored, i have created already 6 appeals of my ban "because of" "underage", BUT some ShaneA and Alain are just ignored it, didn't gave any answer when i sent my age proofs, and just closed my tickets as "solved", but my account is still banned xDxDxD
