Account Login Is Extremely Inconvenient

I want to add my email address, and then you said it is already registered. When I want to remove this from the account (that I am not using it), I cannot. I put in some other email addresses but it does not take effect. And then I added another one. Still not in effect, and then the error message says I need to wait an hour to change the email address. But, it has not been changed this whole time!  You only need to reflect the new email address in pending, and remove the old email address. You are making it way too inconvenient for users. Now, it is wasting a lot of my time just to make my active account's information complete.
