Got hacked, how can i change my token fast please

I will explain fast. Today i seen windows moving on my computer and i saw discord in my chrome so il not sure that rat took my token but i case i prefer change my token :/ So how can i change my token ?

    I am not 100% sure, but I believe whenever you enable or disable 2 factor authentication, your token gets randomized

    Every time you change your password your token gets changed. Same with 2fa on and off.
