Option to disable mentions based on join date

I suggest to think about adding an option to disable multiple mentions (more than 1 mention within a message) and role mentions on a server if the account has joined within the last e.g. 1 day.

Alternatively an option to disables the possibility that members of a certain role can mention at all would be good, then one could achieve the above suggested with the help of bots.

This would be a great help against spammers and trolls, especially against people who mass create accs to try and mass ping roles and people in a server just to annoy everyone.
